Print sizes vary depending on the number of animals depicted:
We specialise in prints of dogs and cats, but are happy to illustrate other animals. In the past, we’ve illustrated anything from rabbits to a family of chameleons! We charge a little more for prints of pets that aren’t dogs or cats, as they generally take a bit longer to put together.
Currently, you can include 1–21 pets in a single print. The more pets you include, the larger the final print size.
If you’d like a design featuring more than 21 pets, please contact us for a quote.
We offer a range of standard print layouts and sizes to make ordering straightforward. In some cases we may be able to accommodate special requests, but these would require a custom quote. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Yes! We love animals of all shapes and sizes, and know that ‘one size’ generally doesn’t fit all. Please provide as much information as possible on your post-purchase order form - we’ll do our best to adapt our illustrations so your personalised pet art feels true to life.
Not a problem. Simply describe your pet in as much detail as possible. If it looks a bit like one breed, and a bit like another, that’s great - the more information the merrier.
Ordering your pet artwork is simple:
Our lead times vary depending on demand and the number of edits required, but are typically around 6-10 working days. At busier times of the year, our lead times are likely to be longer than usual. You can view our current lead times on our product pages. Once you’ve placed an order, you can keep track of your order in your account area of our website.
If you need your print in a hurry, please do contact us. Sometimes we are able to expedite orders on payment of a ‘queue jump’ fee.
Absolutely. Every customer receives a draft design by email before we go to print. This gives you the chance to review your personalised pet picture and request changes. Only once you approve will we move to printing and framing.
All our products are fine art giclée prints, created using pigment inks on heavyweight archival paper. This process ensures rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks that won’t fade, giving you a museum-quality print designed to last a lifetime.
Yes. Our frames come ready to hang. You’ll just need a picture hook or equivalent to attach them to.
Yes. You can specify different billing and shipping addresses at checkout. At the moment, we unfortunately aren’t able to offer any sort of gift-wrapping or gift message service.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Yes, we can ship to most international destinations quickly and cost-effectively through our global fulfilment partners. If you have difficulty placing an international order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
If your order arrives damaged, we will of course replace it free of charge. Just send us a photo of the damage, confirm an address for re-delivery, and we'll do the rest.
As all orders are personalised to your requirements, we unfortunately aren't able to accept returns for other reasons.
If you spot an issue with your design after design approval, we may be able to offer a discounted fee to tweak and re-print the design. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
