Refund policy

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, we will of course replace it free of charge. Just send us a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving it, confirm an address for re-delivery, and we'll do the rest.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@printsofpets.com. We will then confirm how any required returns will be handled.

As all orders are personalised to your requirements, we generally aren't able to accept returns for any other reason. If in doubt, please contact us to discuss further.

If you spot an issue with your order after it has been approved for print, we may be able to offer a discounted fee to amend and re-print the design. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Refunds

If eligible, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@printsofpets.com.
